The Confluence Health Gala is Saturday November 20th @ 5:00 PM in the Grand Ballroom at the Wenatchee Convention Center.
Doors open and Cocktail Hour Begins at 5:00 with dinner to follow at 6:15

NEW THIS YEAR: Festival of Spirits: A Holiday Cocktail Competition
Join us and up to 6 local bars & restaurants, all with their own unique recipes as they complete for the Best Holiday Cocktail! Attendees 21 & older will enjoy tasty concoctions, view the decorated trees & cast a vote for their favorite Holiday Cocktail! Tickets include up to 6 sample drinks.

Wednesday, November 17th 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

 

 Public Viewing & silent auction bidding for Classic & Mini Trees & Wreaths will be as follows: 

Tuesday November 16th - Friday November 19th 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Saturday, November 20th 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM 

Sunday November 21st: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM 

 

Pickup for Classic Trees, Mini Trees & Wreaths will start at 12:00 PM Sunday 

 

Grand Tree pickup will be coordinated with winning bidder.

In conjunction with the Numerica Performing Arts Center Policy: 
Guests need to provide proof of vaccination OR a negative Covid-19 test  within 72 hours prior to the event.
